The Answer to the Energy & Fuel Price Contribution to Inflation Rise
The energy and fuel price rises are continuing to contribute to the increase in the cost of living. HeatingSave has the perfect money-saving solution, reducing heating and energy costs for businesses and homes across the country.
Inflation has risen to a 30-year high with particular pressure coming from food, fuel, consumer goods and energy, the Office for National Statistics has said.
The Consumer Prices Index (CPI) rose by 6.2 per cent in the 12 months to February 2022, up from 5.5 per cent in January.
The ONS said energy, motor fuels and used cars had put strong upward pressure on inflation while food prices have also risen.
More businesses are reporting that their costs have increased and that they have raised their prices, the Office for National Statistics added.
But the ONS highlighted that many of the current drivers of inflation are common across the different countries, with energy and fuel prices subject to global market conditions.
Reduce heating & energy bills with a HeatingSave BMS
HeatingSave’s building management system, more specifically building energy monitoring system (BEMS), has the ability to lower your building’s heating and energy bills by 20-to-30%+ with an incredibly fast Return On Investment.
How our BEMS benefits you…
There is a wide range of unique, smart energy features that sets the HeatingSave building energy management system apart from the rest. These include a heating diary, heat-loss algorithms, automatic occupancy detection, as well as an advanced room booking system for businesses and organisations to align their heating with customer bookings.
The heating pattern and heating diary control allows users to avoid heating areas/rooms that are not used or booked out by customers or meetings, for example. For schools and offices, this could mean saving vast amounts of money at weekends or on public holidays.
HeatingSave’s building energy management system includes a heat-loss algorithm which has the ability to learn the heat-loss profile of each heating zone within your building. This ensures the heating/cooling is applied at the latest possible moment in time – later if it’s warm and earlier if it’s cold - saving you money on your heating and energy bills by heating a room/building for the minimum amount of time possible, but always ensuring desired temperatures are met.
Automatic occupancy detection is one of the most beneficial and money-saving features that is part of our BEMS. It automatically reduces the temperature to a background, or turns the heating off, when areas are not used and then quickly brings the room or area back to temperature when they are occupied again. This is particularly useful if your building has toilets, corridors, or other areas which are infrequently used.
Our advanced room booking system allows users to only heat areas when used in accordance to customer bookings. It provides an automatic calculation of heating times/temperatures to match bookings for when businesses have meetings scheduled or for organisations that rent/hire rooms to customers such as village halls and leisure centres.
All with an incredible Return On Investment (ROI)...
HeatingSave customers have always seen an R.O.I of less than 3 years, and in some cases, where we have made savings of over 50%, the Return on Investment has been less than 9 months. This is one of the reasons why HeatingSave is on the Government's Energy Technology List.
